***NOTE*** WE HAVE DISCONTINUED SERVICE ON ALL WINDOWS 95 MACHINES. CUSTOMERS WITH WINDOWS 98 AND WINDOWS 2000 MACHNES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO UPGRADE TO AT LEAST WINDOWS XP (IF THEIR MACHINE MEETS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS) OR TO UPGRADE TO A MACHINE THAT ALREADY HAS WINDOWS XP OR HIGHER. MICROSOFT HAS CEASED SUPPORT OF THE WINDOWS 98 OPERATING SYSTEM. NOTE: Due to time constraints it is not possible for us to offer phone-tech support on items not purchased from us. In such cases it is best to contact the hardware/software vendor. For the same reasons we cannot answer over-the-phone questions such as "How do I install windows on my computer?" or "What programs should I use to get rid of viruses and spyware?". These are chargeable jobs; this is how we make our living! : ) WE DO NOT HAGGLE! WE ALSO CHARGE TAX SO PLEASE DON'T ASK! SITTING AND WATCHING US WORK ADDS $35/HR. SO PLEASE, GO GRAB A COFFEE OR LET US CALL YOU BACK! WARRANTY INFO: All complete systems built by Clear Case Computers come with 1 year parts & labour warranty (in shop service only). This warranty does not include misuse or acts of God (power surges, lightning strikes, etc.) or issues caused by viruses. All other products have warranty from the manufacturer only. New laptops and printers have manufacturer warranty only. ALL ACCESSORIES SUCH AS KEYBOARDS/MICE/SPEAKERS, ETC. ARE 30 DAY DOA WARRANTY ONLY AFTER WHICH ARE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY ONLY. FINANCING OPTIONS: Clear Case Computers does not offer payment plans of any kind. Customers are encouraged to work with a leasing company or to take out a line of credit at the bank of their choice.
